Laat weg vereenvoudig dat versterkt de verder sterke presentatie en dan kun je ze na afloop nog altijd een meer gedetailleerde hand out meegeven

Mark, this question is for you since you are the lead editor for one of the four modules needed for the ITIL 4 MP designation. Would you say that the five modules needed for the ITIL 4 MP designation all have the same level of difficulty? I am getting ready to start my journey to become an ITIL 4 MP. First step as you know is to pass the ITIL 4 Foundation, then on to the four modules to satisfy the MP. So in trying to set expectations can I assume that each module will require the same amount of study and have the same level of difficulty for the test? Training providers seem to allocate the same amount of time for each so i suspect the answer is yes.

En un libro llamado Microservices patterns (aunque tiene mucha paja, tb tiene cosas buenas), en una de las secciones hablan de los tres pilares para hacer una organización agile, muy en línea con la problemática de "escalado" del agile en grandes organizaciones: 1. Agile teams, 2. CI/CD y 3. Arquitectura de Microservicios Al principio, me pareció un razonamiento algo "extraño", sin embargo, al profundizarlo, tiene mucho sentido. El agile crece "mal" porque cuando bajas a nivel de sistemas, sin un modelo de microservicios conectado con las tribus, es imposible desacoplar, porque se te "reacoplan" a nivel de sistemas... Un abrazo gran David.

Interessant filmpje en leuk om ook de tool te zien. Aan het einde van het filmpje hebben jullie het over randvoorwaarden om te starten met Jira Align. De randvoorwaarden die jullie noemen gaan vooral over de teams, t/m PI niveau. Die lijke me zeker randvoorwaardelijk. Maar om echt de strategie met de uitvoering te verbinden moet niet alleen de uitvoering volgens SAFe. Hoe zit het met de strategische laag. Zijn er ook nog randvoorwaarden zoals het bestaan van een strategie etc? Klinkt misschien raar maar wij hebben een opdracht gedaan bij een organisatie waar de strategie niet gedeeld werd met het bedrijf. Dan is het onmogelijk om strategie met met uitvoering te verbinden. Zien jullie nog andere voorwaarden voor de strategische laag voor een succesvolle Jira Align implementatie?

Hola Jesús, muchas gracias por estos contenidos. Me han parecido muy bien hechos pensando en un objetivo de introducción. Mi única sugerencia sería la de enriquecer el capítulo 8 (escalabilidad) con algún ejemplo concreto de cómo ciertas organizaciones se han estructurado, sin que esto signifique que sea necesario mencionar a la empresa en concreto. El diagrama que se muestra en dicho capítulo no se ve fácilmente en el vídeo, y es un poco difícil captar todo lo que en él se pretende transmitir. Un ejemplo concreto creo que podría ser mucho más efectivo en ese sentido. De nuevo gracias por este esfuerzo que habéis realizado.

the dashboard is not an artifact, actually increment is the 3rd artifact.

The Scrum framework has 5 events. The fith event is the Sprint. And like mentioned in the comments, the 3rd artifact is the product increment and not the dashboard.

Sometimes it was a little bit hard to follow because I had to search the graph before I found the right spot. Such teams are great but not easy to handle. We worked already in cross functional teams but with more and more people joining each team it becomes a bit messy, You have to get to know each other before you can work properly together.

Hi, I'm hearing conflicting facts about notes in the book, can you put Pencil Notes in the book, as I believe you can as you can with AXELOS's PRINCE2 exams. Where have you got this information from and where has it been specified you can NOT put notes in the book?
